Same chairs. Different playlist.

From seven it’s flat whites, buns straight from the oven and laptops by the window. At five the lights go down, the bar opens and the coffee machine starts pulling shots for espresso martinis.

By day

Single-origin pour-overs, a pastry case that’s empty by noon and long tables for slow mornings. Laptops welcome until lunch.

Our story

Two friends couldn’t agree if this was a café or a bar.

So we stopped arguing and did both. Maya roasts the coffee, Theo shakes the drinks, and the regulars decide when one turns into the other. One long wooden bar, twenty-eight seats and a coffee machine that never gets a night off.
